SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At Truly Decorative orders ships out within 1-2 business days. In the case the order is made on a holiday or the weekend your order would be sent the next business day.
Ship rate starts from $4 which depends on your destination and weight of items purchased.
FREE SHIPPING SALE: we often run free shipping sale concurrently and information and rules to qualify for this sale is always made available in the home page. Orders have to meet certain requirements to enjoy free shipping.
Orders ship via USPS or UPS (within the United States), USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL for international shipping.
Your tracking information would be automatically sent to the email address you added in your order information. Please, ensure you have entered your email address correctly.
If you have an APO address, please contact us in advance of making purchases to confirm the item(s) you are interested in can be shipped to your address via USPS.
Customers who wish to cancel an order after it was placed must contact us. We will make our best effort to cancel orders, however ,due to different processing times and methods, certain cancellations may not be possible. Not having received any shipment confirmation does not guarantee your order can still be canceled. Items that are unable to be cancelled prior to shipment are subject to our return and refund policies.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT:
Customs and import duties & fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and varies from country to country. It is advised to first find out about such fees with your local custom office for international purchase before ordering. Contact your local customs office for details. Deliveries might need to be signed for except on holidays. Once you miss the postal service for deliveries, items will be sent back to your local postal for collection. Please, contact them.
Shipping laws are different in each country. Customer assumes the responsibility to check with his/her customs office to verify whether his/her country permits the shipment of purchased products.
Truly Decorative is not responsible for any stolen or missing package lost at your destination or in transit by the shipping couriers or direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arises from improper shipping practices. However, you may contact the postal service and provide them with your tracking information and as well contact us at info@trulydecorative.com for further assistance incase of a missing package. We will try our best to also contact the postal service on your behalf.
Truly Decorative is not responsible for package security and safety of your address as we do not have any control over the shipping/delivery address option you added in your order.
